Swedish Tall Ship

Every spring a Swedish Tall Ship arrives in Charleston Harbor with a group of high school Swedish students. Their ship is called "The Gunilla" and it is a high school on the sea.

It's a great opportunity for our high school interns to meet foreign high school students. I gave their students a tour of the Aquarium and in return they gave our interns a tour of their ship.

Fortunitely for us, we were also invited to a Swedish dinner on the ship. I sure hope they come to port in Charleston again next year. It's always such a neat experience!
